Passport can be collected from Cox and Kings GmbH - India Visa Application Services Centre on a working day between 1630hrs and 1730hrs.
In order to protect the identity of the applicant and to ensure the safety of the passport, applicants are informed to follow the procedure for collection of passports, strictly:
Applicants will require to produce the following at the time of collection either in person or by another person or by a representative (Agent / Courier).
- To collect the passport in person: Copy of the passport stamped by Cox and Kings along with original receipt issued.
- To collect the passport by another person: Copy of the passport stamped by Cox and Kings, original receipt, copy of his/her identity card and an 'Authorisation Letter' from the applicant.
Note: Passport will not be handed over to anyone including Courier or Service Agencies unless they follow the collection procedure.
